Saint John the Evangelist

Saint John the Evangelist: Saint John the Evangelist was one of the twelve apostles of Jesus and the author of the fourth Gospel, three epistles, and the Book of Revelation in the New Testament. He was the youngest of the apostles and the beloved disciple of Jesus, who entrusted him with the care of his mother Mary at the foot of the cross. He lived to an old age and died a natural death in Ephesus, where he was buried. He is the patron saint of writers, theologians, and the love of God. His feast day is December 27.
