Saint Augustine

Saint Augustine: Saint Augustine was a bishop, theologian, and doctor of the church who lived in the 4th and 5th centuries. He was born in North Africa and led a sinful and worldly life before his conversion to Christianity at the age of 31. He became one of the most influential and prolific writers in the history of the church, and his works include Confessions, City of God, and On the Trinity. He is the patron saint of brewers, printers, theologians, and sore eyes. His feast day is August 28.
